PROtastic orders received before 3pm are shipped the same working day.
Our standard UK Mainland shipping is Royal Mail 2nd Class. When your item ships you will be automatically sent the tracking code by email (if you selected a tracked service). For Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, we offer Royal Mail 1st Class.
Priority shipping is by Royal Mail Special Delivery / Yodel 24 / DHL depending on the weight and size of the parcel. This is a guaranteed service and in most areas ensures next working day delivery by 1pm. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO SHOOTING COMMITMENTS, VERY OCCASIONALLY PRIORITY DELIVERY MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail and take 2-14 days. Please note, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your local government. Any charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In case you are not available to accept delivery, our couriers will card you to arrange a re-delivery. Please arrange this within 14 days, otherwise the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and we will make another charge to resend.
In the unlikely case of non-receipt or a damaged delivery, please report to use within 14 days of placing your order, otherwise we are unable to raise a claim with our couriers.
